Adams, Samuel Hopkins (1871-1958) Journalist and Author of over 50 books of fiction, biography and expose. One of the famed "Muckrakers" of the early 20th Century. Adams exposed dangerous and fraudulent patent medicines and helped gain passage of the Pure Food & Drug Act. He was also instrumental in exposing dishonorable advertising practices and in uncovering the Harding Scandals.
