On screen from 1939 in Written On The Wind (AAN), Airplane, First Love, A Date With Judy, The High And The Mighty, Bwana Devil (the 1st 3D movie), Is Paris Burning?, Uncommon Valor, etc. A true outdoorsman, in 1937 he set a record with 350 consecutive Skeet shooting hits, and as a child he often went fishing with family friends Clark Gable and Spencer Tracy.
