(1962- ) Actor, Director and Screenwriter. Phillips, who grew up in Texas is of mixed Spanish, Scotch-Irish, Chinese, Filapino, Hawaiian and Cherokee heritage. Phillips made his Film/TV debut in 1984 with his works including La Bomba, Young Guns I and II, Stand and Deliver, Shadow of the Wolf, Supernova, Picking Up the Pieces, Wolf Lake, Route 666, Numbers (TV series as ¿Agent Ian Edgerton¿), Never Forget, etc. He received a Tony Nomination for his role as ¿The King¿ in the 1996 revival of The King and I.
