(1955- ) Actor. Neelix on Star Trek: Voyager. Phillips has a long career on Broadway and off-Broadway including My Favorite Year, Measure for Measure, Lips Together, Teeth Apart, Modigliani, etc. and has regularly toured the country for 20 years, often developing new plays. He spent 10 summers at the Sundance Theatre Lab and is a co-founder of First Stage in L.A. He made his film and TV debut in the 1981 film Ragtime and has done over 100 TV shows, films and guest appearances. These include Benson (1980-85 as Pete), Critters, Werewolf, Lean on Me, Glory, Star Trek: Voyager (1995-2001 as Neelix), Boston Legal, etc. He has appeared or in guest roles on a number of Star Trek related roles.
